Came in for a full face helmet and half shell but staff were not very forthcoming in the way of service so will take our business down country. Preferred 2 staff helping 1 existing customer. Unfortunately nothing particularly new which is a shame given the pleasant phone manner and friendly hello as you arrive.

Good place to buy from but I've got to say the service/repairs system is weird and annoying. Can only "book" a repair online by filling out a form, then waiting for someone to contact you. Nobody else in bike, motorbike or car service world does this... You call or visit and book a time. I've also booked specific jobs and then arrived and they haven't ordered the parts so its taken days. Have been elsewhere for repairs because of this, which I kind of think is their goal because they're too busy. Need to expand capacity and improve systems please guys.

Spot pricing is always good and weve got a bike and scooter for one of our kids so far. We shop around and have yet to find anything better on price and the tone and attitude is always way better than elsewhere. Ive had plenty of good advice that didn't always match up towards schlepping a quick sale. Service department looks pretty good and am keen to get my poor bikes in there.

Dont think they wanted to be bothered helping me with a bike helmet. Wasn't sure what to get or even how it should fit. When trying it on the sales assistant just stood there looking over at his co workers. I knew I had it on wrong to see if he noticed. Said nothing to me while still standing beside me. I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Came in Sunday morning. Cant fault the service very friendly dealt with Andy. The bike I was looking at in store was not my size Andy checked the computer and it indicated the Hornby store had one. Andy phoned Hornby and the bike was still boxed up arranged for it to be built so I could test ride Monday lunch time, turned up Monday still in the box. This goes on the back of the poor experience I had in the Hornby store on Saturday.
