At most tile stores, if something isn't at the peak of popularity that year, they either don't have it, or they have a couple of options that are overpriced. The store has to pay to be in the building, and pay employees, who dont always know much and can't make special arrangements because it isnt their store. Giovanni's doesn't have those problems. And, this place has EVERYTHING - the popular stuff, and the lovely classic options that might better compliment your countertops or tastes. It's like finding treasure. For a previous house, I found a tile that was simply gorgeous, that hadn't been at the other stores. People constantly asked about it. It was a good price too. And again, I've found something that will work great, that just wasn't at the other stores, for a great price. Arrangements that wouldn't have been offered at other stores, were made, just to be helpful to a customer. Obviously, I recommend Giovanni's to all the picky treasure hunters out there, like me. Go when you have some time because there's lots to look through.
