I was given a voucher for a facial for Christmas and finally went in to use it. It was a brilliant experience. Bonny was lovely as is the house and the rooms at Gloucester Cottage. I will be back

I just had the pregnancy massage and facial, honestly the best massage I've ever had - pregnant or not. Beautiful rooms and atmosphere including special little touches not found elsewhere, and wonderful staff. I can't recommend Gloucester Cottage enough, I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Service was alright, I didn't get the service I asked for on booking which was a facial and full body massage. I got a quick 30min back and shoulder massage, which the therapist talked through the first half of. Pressure was on the lighter side, but I wasn't asked if it was okay or not. Facial was better, still just 30min basic facial, I had asked for a long, relaxing one when booking (to be fair I didn't know the names of their facials). Therapist didn't talk through this which was nice. Lovely juice and chocolate (took it home for my daughter) which was nice at the end of service. I rebooked, thinking I'd give another chance seeing I'd heard great things and hoped I would be booked in for what I wanted next time. Sadly it was the unprofessionalism of ongoing confirmation phone calls and texts (3 of each in short succession), especially after being informed by the student working with me that I was attending a woman in labour and unable to come to the phone, that meant I felt this review was warranted. Also the weird comment about my car making your business look better was just odd!!!

I recently had the 'diamond microdermabrasion with pumpkin peel' package, not cheap priced at 130. You can't book online so I emailed and was sent an appointment for 11.20 on my requested day. I also received a reminder text the day before that stated 11.30. On the day of my appointment I was text at 8am to see if I could come at 11am. this was not possible but I arrived as soon as I could 11.15. I was back in my car leaving by 11.45. Not only did the appointment feel rushed, I certainly did not feel cared for, warm or relaxed by this process. I will not be returning it was so disappointing.

I went for an eye trio treatment yesterday and I couldn't be more happy about the results. I was really nervous, since I don't like a stranger touching my face and I was anxious about how my brows were going to look like, so I was pretty much behaving like a total Karen, but the lady (I think her name is Gemma) was very understanding and patient. And the results... It looks lovely, she's an artist!! I totally recommend it
