Had a great experience working through greenlight over the past few months. I applied and started work the next day. They always had work for me when I wanted it (I've been full time every day for months). When my girlfriend applied, she also started work the next day (part time at first but the agency managed to get full time work for her within a couple of weeks). Would definitely reccomend!

A typical capitalistic organization that wants to profit from your work skills. No matter if you are highly motivated and engaged, it's all about the money. The contract you'll have to sign as the recruit is an exploitation that dictates a lot of rules you have to obey. Of course, at the same time it doesn't oblige the recruiting agency to treat you as fair as they expect you to follow their rules. It might be a general problem in our today's society that people are just a number in the system but I recommend everyone to find their jobs without an intermediary because otherwise you'll always lose out in the end. Be aware of your rights and don't get treated unfairly by anyone, especially not by Greenlight Recruitment. There are hopefully other companies out there that treat their employees with more respect and look after you in a way you deserve it when you are a good and diligent person.

Working through Greenlight was wonderfull! They react to any of my emails and messages immediately. When I struggle to find a job, they were able to register me with them within a day. Day after that, I received a call with an offer to work in a preferred area and at a preferred time.
