Reviewing on the Hairdressing side of the business. Well I got excellent customer service from both reception and the lovely Hairdresser Tia. I am so stoked with the result I got as we sorta just went with it due to already having colour in my hair. Thank you for the stunning hair make over, good conversation and the laughs. I had a pleasant experience here. Probably best to go during the week when it's off peak some days I will definitely be back for Tia' services️\u200d️

I would highly recommend getting brows, chin and upper lip waxed and threading here. Reasonable priced. I paid 25 for all 3 services, left with tidy and natural shaped eye brows. Very happy and would go again. 5 Star service.

Absolutely amazing experience for my 11 year old daughter. My daughter had wanted blue tips for a few years now but I was hesitant because of her age. Finally I agreed and this salon gave the best experience. My daughter was so comfortable and felt listened to and was asked exactly what she wanted, we also produced some pics of what she was looking for and the result was beyond amazing. The salon was clean and hygienic, the staff are so friendly and gave great information and are knowledgeable in their field of expertise, and very helpful, explaining every step with reasons and answers. I was hesitant with this salon because of the previous owners and staff and my own experience there, but after I saw the new staff I myself went there for a service and was amazed so decided to take my wee girl and I dont regret it for 1 minute. Will be the only place I go from now on and if they ever move I will be following Wish I could post before and after pics but Im not sure how to

Unfortunately, this business, speaking from my own experience, has declined with New Management. The quality of service delivery, the effectiveness and proficency of staff all have degraded since this change. It now seems a challenge to feel confident the staff are interested in providing good service. Some are better the others. I am now looking for another hair salon after being a customer for over three years ... enough is enough! Disappointented.

Thank you again Tia you did an amazing job of my hair. I have been trying to find a great hairdresser for a while and have finally found her! Omg Tia completely transformed my hair, took her time in doing this and didn’t compromise the integrity of my hair absolutely love how she did my hair and will for sure be coming back. The services are good just the waiting. We took 2 hours for my haircut done. 2 or 3 people didn't wait any longer as they are waiting for more than enough. I think you need more staff as that day there is only 2 staff trying to accommodate the customers.
