1st order: paid for a full order via menu log. Only 1 part of the order came through took 45 mins of them convincing them and showing proof that i had ordered. 2nd order. Food took over 3.5 hours to make due to some gas problem they had that they never mentioned in the multiple calls. 3nd order: Bag of food arrive over 2 hours late and spilt inside the bag which then broke everywhere. 4th order. Do not order online via menu log or their website they dont notice the orders or if you do ring and confirm. After an hour i rung to find they haven't started it at all. Once they finally realize they do have the order after 15 mins on the phone trying to explain. They rush the order and it was aweful. Wont be back food is usually good unless they rush it but Service is absolutely aweful they always blame someone elsenits never their fault. They need to take responsibility for their own things and just make it right by the customer.

Best Curry takeways I've had in north Canterbury quite well priced too for the amount of food you get. Their butter chicken is amazing

I ordered online and had delivered. This was my first experience since it has changed hands. I have had a fantastic experience. The food was well presented and I ordered butter chicken. It was just right. They also gave me a complimentary Pakora bread to try. I highly recommend you try this. The service was great. Thank you Indian Lotus
