Pre-Purchase Inspection. With only 4 x 0.75hour open homes and no other viewings allowed Nick did a Pre-purchase inspection (Required by the bank) during the last open home. We had the report the next day and it was pretty accurate considering 30 other people were there at the same time. Due to his report we were able to make an offer that was virtually unconditional and we won the tender above three other bidders. Very highly recommend using Nick's services.
