Been going for 18 months. Great atmosphere. Not a lycra and leave gym but real people working out. I use it for rehab and found the staff awesome. To keep me here for 18 months is a miracle. The wife likes the results.

I did the trial period in this gym and enjoy this place. It is small but with the basics for keeping you fit.

No squat rack, no DL bar. Incredibly cramped space with a weird focus on assisted weights, and cardio. There's barely room to train unless you're on a machine. Probably has the cheapest membership price in Chch but you are most certainly getting what you pay for. You can do better.
