The best batter in town. Friendly, lovely family business.

Great service but poor product, sadly. The fish batter is too thick and comes out stodgy (second visit, same both times) and the commercial (as opposed to a nice homemade one) spring roll has a doughy wrapper and a lacklustre filling. I was hoping for a better result second time around, but won't be back for a third try.

Good fish and chip takeaway from a suburban store. Pleasant couple who worked swiftly. We ordered the blue cod, akaroa cod and breaded haki. Mussels were decently sized. Most of the fish is not heavily salted, so it works well for me. The haki is great. 2 for a tub of tartare sauce. Enjoyed the meal! Chips were well done too!
