These guys are great. I first encountered this team a few years ago. Jamie came round for a home visit and gave me honest advice on what my house needed. What I thought would be fine for my little place would not do a thing. At the time I wasn't in a position to go ahead with anything, but then earlier this year I got back in touch, ready to go. They remembered me, and Jamie came back for another check of my house. He made his recommendations and then handed me off to Aileen and the install team. Aileen was friendly, professional, and set expectations clearly. She updated me promptly with any issues or delays and kept me well informed. I noticed a difference within a matter of days. The temperature is more consistent and the air feels... softer? I don't know how else to describe it. My home doesn't feel so harsh anymore.

Great service. We had two heat pumps installed and I highly recommend them for that. I can't recommend their bathroom fans though, it isn't the right product for me. Just when I thought the relationship was going to go sour and I was wondering who to complain to, one of their guys literally turned up on my doorstep with the perfect solution! I loved how they actually cared about trying to fix a problem. They also were honest, unlike other companies, about what our rather odd 2 storey house could actually accomodate. They aren't just trying to sell, they are trying to find what's best for you. And they do a great job!

Just installed our ventilation system Sayr with them. I noticed the system working straightaway. So much less condensations in the morning well it’s almost none! No more wiping windows!! And because of that house much drier and warmer which is healthier for us. We are very satisfied with Sayr as we researched all other ventilation systems and had quoted and decided to with them as best quality as we can get. And Kiwi Energy Solutions is very professional and always answered all our questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for all staff who involved our job.
