It's really sad to see how this company has ended up, because they were the best for ages - and I know because I lost 30kg thanks in large part to MuscleFuel meals. For well over a year, meals were consistent, they showed up on time every time (barring occasional courier issues), but for the last 8 months, it's just been a complete disappointment. 20% of the time, meals either didn't show up at all, the wrong meals showed up or only some of the meals showed up. The quality some weeks was so bad, to the point where one week, there was so much water in the meals that it was practically soup that ended up in the bin. I was spending 1,000 a month, every month but clearly this wasn't enough to get a resolution, despite having to complain almost every second week. The customer service team was nice, but seems to not be able to do much - I got a few coupon codes for a discount sometimes but never a fix to the numerous issues. Luckily there are so many other meal delivery services out there and I've found a great one - one who, even in the middle of a pandemic, drove around hand delivering meals when CourierPost couldn't. Can only hope that MuscleFuel gets back to that level some day.

Good delivery and helpful customer service. Wouldn't buy again as meals are very, very watery which makes the food slop around on your plate. Most meals were bland (only enjoyed 1 or 2 and I'm not a fussy eater). Wouldn't buy from here again, sorry.

First meal down and I am so impressed! Absolutely delicious and so easy! My work colleagues were very jealous of my dinner tonight. I'm really looking forward to my journey with muscle fuel. Also thanks for the quick replies when I got my delivery date mixed up, really appreciate it

These meals are outstanding and I freaked out when reading the reviews here. But i ordered meals from other companies for my mother. I have eaten 14 of them now 2 a day. They are way cool not one of them di I not like. The best keto meals in NZ hand downs.

Edit: The first delivery, meals were delivered at side of house where I couldn't see them and they went off. Since then, 2 deliveries that were DAYS LATE and not cold and I had to throw them out. The most recent one arrived in Wellington from Auckland on the 11th, was not delivered to my home till the 15th, and not chilled. This is clearly a delivery service issue but it is on Muscle Fuel to sort it out. Delivering a meal chilled and not a week late would seem to be a pretty basic requirement. I am sick of my rubbish bags being filled with inedible, late meals by Muscle Fuel. Disgraceful. First review: Meals were delivered at the side of the house where I couldn't see them and now have to be thrown out. I have had a prompt and apologetic call from Muscle Fuel though and they are sending replacement meals, so excellent response so far.

Hugely overpriced for what they are. Most meals are extremely greasy, salty and don't really have any other flavour. Anything crumbed is extremely dry. Will be changing to another company. Also my meals for 2 deliveries now have not had 7 day expiry dates, they told me it was due to moving production locations and not having time to change labels - that was 2 weeks ago and my meals delivered today have the same issue so I'm convinced they have never moved and just use the moving excuse for every bad customer experience as it's mentioned in multiple other earlier reviews.

Made my first order a couple of weeks ago, they aren't bad for microwave meals and very convenient when you're lazy like me and cbf cooking a whole meal for one. Meals don't look like the photos but that wasn't surprising. Bit pricey however I guess you're paying for the convenience. The courier company definitely let's them down though, my order wasn't delivered until 5.30pm and by then the freezer bags had melted and the box was warm, possibly been sitting in the sun while in transit. I let musclefuel know and they replaced all the meals and were delivered a couple of days later however I did need to send an enquiry to nz couriers to make sure it was not left till last, this time it arrived at 2.30 and the tracking only updated once I had contacted the company so was possibly going to be another late one. I probably will order again but not every week because of this. However if we could choose the courier company I would order more often. I get hello fresh as well and Courier Post prioritize their deliveries when its perishable and they arrive at 8am or they use urgent deliveries and you can track the driver via gps so you can make sure you're home. Last thing to add.. the labeling on the meals had printed badly so I couldn't read the heating instructions, just something that may need to be checked. Good customer service received from MF and yeah, if we could use a different courier in wellington to be specific that would be great.
