Crispy bun on the burger was soggy, and could hardly taste the basting on the smaller than usual chicken portion. As a 15 year experienced customer I'm very disappointed. :(

We love Nandos, it's healthy and greatly easy for kids on a busy work day. The wait is short and the food is amazing as always. We had half chicken with lemon and herb, tasty and juicy, the chicken breast was not dried at all. Would've been a 5 stars experience. Sadly the staff at the counter wasn't very welcoming, and didn't give us the bottled of Peri Peri sauce we purchased with our order, she obviously didn't make it easy for us.

I love Nando’s and had been a regualr customer but the staff in this particular place is rude and does not know an inch of customer service. No smile, no greeting, and slams your plate on the table. Chicken was dry and my kumara chips was overcooked. Would never be back again.

Date 31/03/21 time 1800.....The male server is rude. When he was serving the food, he slammed the plate on the table. It made a big sound.

Another amazing meal at Nando's. But this time at City Centre one. One of my closest friend recommended me Nando's 4 months ago. And now, I am nandos lovers specially of the souces. Everytime nando's surprise me with their great ambient, excellent and friendly staff. The food is always well cooked and promptly in the table. This time we ordered full chicken meal which includes 8 BBQ chicken wings and 2 large sides. And honestly guys, this eough for 3 persons. the prices as always are great value for money. But I don't like the taste of rice which they provide in sides. Otherwise all great.
