Absolutely no help what so ever. Said the compound is secured, had things taken from my unit. They did not do anything about it at all, just keep delaying and denying everything that had happen. Highly not recommended. It has been over 3 weeks since the incident happened, still no update from National Storage meaning that insurance can't be sorted. Please don't go there.
