Thorough, professional and informative. I did a lot of research before approaching Micheal for a full building inspection and was not dissapointed, he certainly lives up to his reviews and word of mouth referrals. Micheal was polite and communicative, offered a selection of very reasonable quotes and made time to discuss my concerns prior to beginning the inspection. Not only did he quickly identify potential issues, but was able to point us in the next direction to address them should we choose to. Highly recommend.

NZ House surveys has saved us hundreds of dollars by their though inspection of a house we are going to purchase. They are professional and the report was extremely prompt. A water leak was caught by them and was put right by a builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants piece of mind when getting a building inspection.

We got a gold standard survey for the purchase of our first property, NZ House Surveys was fantastic! Absolutely everything got checked, which estimated repair/maintenance costs included and suggestions on what processes to use. The report came very promptly, including relevant council info. NZHS was also incredibly helpful in answering additional questions we had about electrics. Can't recommend highly enough, amazing service, very satisfied!
We were in the process of buying our house and needed a report on the house for the insurance company and the bank. Dealing with Michael was an great experience.
