A great friendly supermarket, the only improvement I could suggest is possibly to have the pet food in a cooler aisle. Our fussy, fluffy friends don't seem to like their food warmed. Otherwise everything is great. .

Yeap I am writing a review for PAK'nSAVE. This branch is by far the most popular and probably their highest earning branch in Christchurch. It is extremely convenient and staff are always willing to help. The only draw backs are possibly the birds that fly around in the store and perhaps crazy queues on Fridays and Thursdays.

Parking is a maelstrom. And place is teeming, would recommend making a weekly trip to other pak n saves. Prices however are good.

Good and affordable price. Variety of brands also it sells it's own brand. It has a good selection of fruits and vegetables. I reccomend it for moms who buy lots of nappies and children stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful Good location as it is inside Westfield and has lots of parking spaces

Always busy. Some staffs needs a bit of proper training on good Customer Service. I needed help to find a product last time and waved at the lady at the self checkout and she noticed me but she pretended she haven’t seen me. This grocery shop should have a customer service desk for customers to approach if other staffs are busy.

Certainly the best value for money out of the supermarkets. PAK'nSAVE is New Zealand owned I believe which is another reason I like to support it. Very crowded during peak hours. Lines for the checkouts and self check outs get quite long. I prefer to go later in the evening as it stays open till 11pm.
