My mother was in there 2 years ago, spent most of her days with no contact from staff, family came 7.30 in the morning before work, then there was always a family member with her every night, she only spent two weeks there before she died but one day sister walked in and she was choking on a pill they had given her, they just walked out and left her, she was so miserable
