I have been working with Dave for a few years now working towards my paramotor licence, being a tetraplegic it hasn’t been easy but with the awesome support and knowledge from Dave we have overcome some very big hurdles. Dave has been an amazing instructor his patience and expertise has made this an epic journey for me and proving nothing is impossible!! Thanks Dave

Thanks Dave for getting me through PG1 and PG2 . Dave is patient with his students , has good rapport and knows his stuff. Nothing is an issue for him . I am looking forward to moving to Para Motoring later in the year with him - highly recommend you check him out if you are thinking of getting into the sport .
Over a two week period I have completed the PG1 and PG2 course then passed my Paramotoring course through Parapro - with Dave. The course exceeded my expectations. Over the two week period I observed that Dave is the most experienced instructor in Christchurch (due to his age and time flying) his mannerism is both calming and reassuring, which made him an awesome instructor. I came away with the confidence to continue flying on my own. Hopefully for many years to come. So if its been on your bucket list, give Dave a ring - you won't be disappointed! I've learned to paraglide with Dave. It's been an adventure and certainly still is. Dave is always keen on a flight - even a few years later we go out and about and he will always give advice to you - novice or pro.
Parapro is fantastic. Dave has a wealth of knowledge making the sport both easy, fun and incredibly safe. Dave goes out of his way to find you the best suited equipment and backup parts at affordable prices making paramotoring a great fun, affordable, stress free sport. Thanks heaps Dave for all your support and fab advice. Look forward to flying with you more often.
Definitely would (and have) recommend Parapro to anyone interested in paragliding. Two friends and myself, who are competent in the outdoors, completed the course together and Dave was good at catering the course to us. And at the beginning there were other people completing their courses at a trajectory that were comfortable with too. Relaxed but very professional and safety conscious. Throughout the course I was constantly thinking I was happy learning from Dave. 10/10.
Learnt to paraglide and paramotor with Dave and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would totally recommend it !!.
