The technician here was super friendly and helpful. He gave sound and reasonable explanation of the kind of work was required to fix items. Also he gave a clear outline of the time needed to complete the task. I have passed about the details of the store among my friends and family and hope with all of the cracked screens and other fixes he will be kept even busier than he is. I happily reccomend "Phone Repair NZ" New Brighton.

This guy is not worth the effort of contacting him. Oh yes I can fix it ( broken screen ). Go to pick it up he says oh need an LCD. Ok next day drop it off two hours later he goes oh can't fix this so many different size screens ( my phone is genuine late model Samsung galaxy). Just two days of wasted time. Customer beware......

My Android problem was either a dying battery and/or a port charge fault. I said fix either or both. Turns out it was just the battery but I would have been none the wiser if Micah had replaced the port charge too. I appreciated the honesty and was pleased with the battery replacement price.
Surprisingly satisfying service! 15 minutes phone screen replaced with very competitive price! Micah had always had a big smile on and explained things clearly! Highly recommended!
Daughter had a smashed iPhone 7 screen. Went in there took only 30mins and cost 70 which is a really awesome price. Also really nice customer service.
