Friendly and helpful staff giving excellent advice in how to start up as well as setup a fish tank and what fish to use as well as the rules around keeping fish. Would recommend them if you are thinking of starting a fish tank. Thank you guys

Love just going for a look. They have a wee walk way with a pond full of turtles and fish. And inside there is a great selection of fish to buy for your tank. They even have full sets of fish from finding Nemo. The kids love it.

What a surprise this place was. Wanted a pond found it on Google. Off we went not knowing what to expect WOW... what a hidden gem. Even if you don't want fish. Once we purchased, we asked if we could walk our dog around to explore, of course they said. Facinating, turtle pond , simple and lovely gardens. The only thing missing on this very hot day was the ice cream to sit and watch the turtles. Lovely people, amazing place. Will recommend it

Terrible experience, kept getting talked out of everything me and my flatmate were going to buy. Eventually we were able to get a catfish we liked, although instead of getting the one we saw he went out the back and got a random one, which he put in a paper bag and stapled so we could not see it before buying. Two girls there were quite rude and and not at all helpful and kept glaring at us from outside, and the guy was extremely arrogant and clearly did not want to help us and smelled really bad of BO. We wanted to get more fish but felt it took a long time and was very stressful and felt as though we had to convince staff to help us. We were also in for a few live plants for our tank. We managed to get one plant, then I mentioned getting another but the guy helping us was already behind the counter wanting us to pay and looked impatient, so I awkwardly paid for the fish and plant even though I wanted to buy a lot more and the shop was still open for another 3 hours and there was only one other customer at the back. Horrible experience and will not be going back. The fish we got has also randomly died while our other are perfectly fine.
