Advised to come here from my own doctors nurse for my 4 yr son who was clearly struggling to breath, asthma attack needed inhaler hourly he it was down to 45 minutes apart to be told 40 up front before an assessment. Or wait for after 6pm until it's free. He started coughing l knew he needed his inhaler. So I gave him one to settle the attack in the waiting area. Our GP closes at 5 so do the majority of docs in the area. Felt so distressed. We left he was given 1 more inhaler set in car returned to get treatment. He had a better night. Very upsetting experience. It could of gone the other way very quickly. ASTHMA ATTACKS WILL NOT WAIT.

Got an very unpleasant experience relating to unprofessional service from the receptionist. I went there with my boyfriend to get his eyes problem sorted. When I was going to pay 90 fee to the receptionist, I double checked with my boyfriend that we got 5* 20 before giving to the receptionist , then I passed to the receptionist lady. But she told me she only got 80 which is 4* 20 with her, i felt weird because I’ve already double checked before hand her the money. She was very insistently and impatiently which made me and my boyfriend felt embarrassed and offensive, even her unprofessional customer service has huge impact on the efficiency. After the argument, she still asked me to pay another 10 by eftpos. And until This morning, my boyfriend has received a message from the Riccarton clinic and it says that they topped up 20 credit in the account which means I have actually exactly 5* 20 to the receptionist. The receptionist has definitely showed me her unprofessional and untrained service skills. I cannot use words to describe how embarrassed I and my boyfriend were. However the doctor was very nice and she’s very professional. That was the only thing that made me happy from yesterday’s experience. Hope the receptionist could get better training before they work officially.

Staff is wonderful but wait times are mammoth. You can only hope to get a real bad injury or condition to be seen soon otherwise signup for a minium of 90 mins as early as 9 am and 3 hours or more during the day.

Poor son in serious pain, bleeding everywhere from a bike accident. The receptionist was so unhelpful. Not a nurse? Leaving him in the waiting room with no pain relief. Feel like they are money grubbers. Wont be going back

Really great. Triaged almost immediately and saw a Doctor shortly after. In and out and prescription collected in about an hour all up. This was my 2nd visit and I was impressed both times.

Every account needs checked before paying as there half the time I am over charged and it takes weeks to resolve it. And being a struggling single dad this doesn't not help. But the face to face doctors and nurses are 2nd to none and always pleasant and most helpful

I asked about what age am I due for tetanus injection . Doctor said it’s free after 45 years of age . But then he went to talk to some of the nurses and they decided to give it to me for free I was only 44 at the time ! They said it’s Christmas after all , I thought they being nice only a month later received a bill for 30 dollars to pay !
