This place is pretty special! Rik is an inspirational person to talk to. Builds/ has designed his own bikes. Fascinating history. Health/ mental challenges one can relate to. Comfort and ease at choosing a bike without any pressure to buy. These are sturdy, handsome bikes! Fantastic colours too. They even dropped it off at my house for me as I don’t have a bike rack. I didn’t bother looking anywhere else for an e bike. The team build the bikes here in NZ and it feels good to be supporting a NZ born and raised company. Can’t recommend this team highly enough. My daughter loves being pulled in the trailer behind it! Cheers

Excellent customer service and product quality! Marcelo and Rik gave me useful and detailed advice on the different ebike models and I could even try them to figure out which one suited me best. I chose the Elite TQ and couldn't be happier about my purchase. Makes the daily commute (and other tours) soooo enjoyable :)

Very good service when I brought the bike. But today very disappointed dropped the bike off for a rear wheel puncture and when I came to pick it up 40 for labour. I had previously paid 25 just for the replacement tube fitment 3 weeks ago on the same wheel. When questioned they replaced the tube and tighten some bolts.

I invested in my first Rikonda eBike last year with the intention of using it for my daily commute to work. Before this, I've always driven or taken public transportation for my commute. When looking back on my purchase, I can say the investment paid out both in practicality and the enjoyment I had from using my eBike daily. The money I was able to save by staying away from public transportation has already paid for more than half of the purchase price. Also, the extra power I had from the bike's electric motor gave me the confidence I needed to take longer routes, helping me stay on my eBike for longer. The staff at iCycle Electric are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all, I am delighted with both my eBike as well as the service I was given from purchase to post-purchase support.

I've had my Rikonda bike for about 18 months and I absolutely love it! And I've never experienced such fantastic customer service. Nothing is ever a problem for Rik, the owner. He always wants to know what his customers think of the bikes so that he can make them even better. But to be honest I can't fault mine!

Excellent after sales service. Had a problem with the basket which was causing damage to the paint on the body of my bike. I mentioned this to Rikonda staff, when I was getting them to fix a puncture. They had my bike repainted and replaced the basket with a more suitable basket, at no cost to me.
