Melissa did an amazing job matching the colors and installing my tape ins and she is very warm and friendly. My tapes lasted for about 7 weeks. I would not recommend her for ongoing extension care if you have fine hair. My re application was rushed, and she was quite rough with me extensions and my hair. She used citric acid to dissolve the glue, which is very rough, brushed the rest of the glue out which was painful, and did not wash it after. I lost a lot of hair and they started to slip almost immediately. I would reccommend going to someone else for re applications who use oil for removal and wash the hair- less painful and less hair is lose

Went and got my first hair extensions with Melissa and was warmly welcomed by her kind and bubbly personality! Had a great chat while getting my extensions done and she made sure to fully answer my questions in depth, told me exactly what I needed to know and made my hair looking long, thick and exactly how I wanted it. When I had a concern she told me to come in so she could take a closer look. Greatly appreciate this ad not alot of people go that extra mile to take care of their clients after the extensions. I dont think I can go without hair extensions ever again, thank you kindly melissa!!
