Given the situation with covid and not being able to get to New Zealand to see the property for myself, Dean did an exceptional job at inspecting the property and re laying the information to me in a detailed easy to understand fashion. There were a few issues with the property that were picked up in the report and Dean was very obliging at spending the time to go through it over the phone and answer my questions.
