Would not recommend at all. They took 5 weeks to arrange a single glass replacement. The customer support was really disappointing. Please go for other options if available to you.

Will not use Smith and Smith again. They had major communication breakdowns with me via email. Different people communicated each time and they don't communicate with each other or look at email threads. They broke two replacements before finally installing a 3rd replacement. The tech was lovely but the office people in Auckland need to up their communication skills. Very poor service overall apart from the tech guy.

Went in for a stone chip repair. Unfortunately the person from the call centre wasn't able to identify the chip was too big to repair, so the first time I went to drop the car off, I was told it couldn't be fixed, so had to rebook for another day to get the windscreen replaced. I'm super happy with the service I got at the branch, just think that maybe they should ask more questions when booking it in over the phone. A bit of a hassle having to take it to them twice. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the service and workmanship at the branch, so am still giving them a 5 star rating.

Thank You! Sam was fantastic to deal with ..... as was this is the second one of my vehicles these guys have replaced a windscreen on ....... and they have the "Windscreen Repair/Replacement buisness" absolutely NAILED! It ..... then I started too receive invoices owing. A: AMI paid the windscreen EMAIL THEM your invoice. B: I paid the wiper blades when I picked up the vehicle ... just received a call about my DEBT! Pity the accounts team ruin the overall exp5
