Amazing service today - with a recently dislocated knee I went in for a brace and the physiotherapist came out and advised not to fit a brace for two days and proceeded to to tape up my knee to restrict movement. Then provided the most suitable brace and scheduled physical therapy for when the swelling drops. This was all without an appointment - I had just walked in to buy a brace. Service plus.

I had an appointment for sport orthotics, mostly hiking and running. Obviously they don't really know what it should look like as they were hard and thick. I tried, but it was the worst I have ever had. Wore them twice, and I had blisters within a hour. I carried the orthotics inside! my backpack while crossing the south island for 1300km just to bring them back. They took them back, talking about refund. 2 month later and many emails of trying to get a feedback, finally I have no refund. I advise seeing an other podiatrist before going here.

Made an appointment, took time off work, drove across town, turned up and got told they had changed my appointment. No call no email and tried to say they didn’t have my number but they had txt me the day before confirming my appointment. May have good physio’s, I never got to see one, just got my time wasted
