Great experience with Amrit today - my bank details had been stolen so half my cards/accounts were blocked by the bank so I had to pay very awkwardly - Amrit was lovely and kind throughout which helped on a stressful day. Also cheaper than the other phone repair stores in Westfield.

Removed my s21 ultra's old screen protector and poorly installed a glass protector. When i went back to the woman at the counter, she said "would you be ok with this small bump on your screen or not?"?, i obviously said no, and instead of replacing the screen protector she just said we are busy and dont have time and refunded my money. I was left with a phone that had unprotected screen.

Went there had a new iPhone screen protector for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The lady there asked twice of what is my phone model. By that I was kinda surprised how come she couldn’t see that is a iPhone 11 Pro Max. It was a quick service to put a screen protector on my phone, but can’t believe I could see dirty things and bubbles between the screen and the screen protector after she done it. While I was checking the dirty things and bubbles, the lady was pointing on the eftpos said here you go?!?!Seems like she was really wanted me to pay and make me go ASAP. But l didn’t pay and let her check what a “great job” she did, she grabbed my phone and tried to fix it with a very impatient face and bad skill. She did THREE TIME to clean the bubble and dirty things away but she could never fix it... At last I gave up... what I can only say it just Very Unprofessional skills and BAD attitude!!! NEVER AND EVER gonna come back and NOT recommend for everyone!!!
