I've been suffering from PTSD diagnosed from my councilor and this practice took my money said they where going to sign forms for acc to assess me and never did anything didn't even let me know. And I rang up to ask for another doctor and they happily removed me with no assistance well if I start having an episode I'm going right back there so sorry if innocent people have to see it

I went to see GP TODAY after receiving text reminder from them ,the nurse met me and was told I had no appointment with GP ,they made such mistakes, not professional at all !

Every time I go there I always say its the last time and then book again to give them the benefit of the doubt but finally the day has come. On a good note the reception was good this time but doctors another story. Every time I go there I have to see different doctor as my previous one has left for what ever reason..I don't go often so I can't justify 52 for 10 min when there ,with doctor who doesn't really care as I am not their original patient.. Definitely changing practice, not worth my time or my money spent

Friendly receptionist on check in. Kindly told me my Dr was running a bit behind. Happy to wait because my Dr is very good. Nice to see the practice having a makeover.

Doctors always overworked. Impossible to get a same day appointment. The incompetence of the doctors there is outstanding. If you really have to go, expect a long wait and doctors that miss problems that could have been managed or prevented by other competent doctors elsewhere.
