I have been to many gyms over the last 10 years while trying to achieve my goals of building muscle, strength and general toning. I joined The Gallery Fitness about 8 months ago and in those 8 months I have achieved more then I ever had at the previous gyms. At age 30, even after a child, I am in the best shape of my whole life and I can only thank Jamil and Kristy for that. I have always had the motivation to workout at the gym and try to eat 'healthy' but it wasn't until I started seeing Jamil for nutrition and workout plans that I started seeing HUGE results. I am eating a lot more then I used to and I still get to eat food I love but having the expert knowledge to help tweak my meals, along with the workout plans has made all the difference. I can not recommend this gym enough!

World's best PT/nutritionist, amazing gym(it takes a miracle to even get me to stick to one, so it must be good!) epic equipment and the best wee family community. Will never train with anyone else!
