Been to Tuam and Papanui stores and both times have been upstanding quality service,even the customer service on from the call centre was great to book my appointment for our car.Last year went to Tuam branch to get 4 new tyres and they put them on cleaned the rims and offered a wheel alignment service which I ended up getting aswel as tyre insurance, I did come away thinking great service sold me on things I didnt consider.Papanui Branch yesterday was no different great friendly service from 3 different employees got our car 2 tyres and wheel alignment done left feeling bloody awesome.Keep up the consistent service all round guys

Yup, great place to go for tyres. They are well priced, and resemble time frames, Northland's Mall a hope and skip down the road. Good staff there, you won't have any issues.

I wasn't happy. When I brought a new tyre they never told me about the warranty protection for your tyre. So when I came in today to buy another tyre I was the one that mentioned about the warranty on the tyre............................................................................................................................ Well I am a very very happy customer now. I had a phone call from the top boss of Tony's tyres. He had read my previous review and new I was unhappy. He was willing to fix the problem immediately. So he gave me the tyre protection on both of the tyres that I had brought. He said the customer is always right and he was very happy that I had posted my previous review. He said that the reviews are there for people to post comments about being happy or unhappy with the service. So that Tony's can fix the problem immediately.
