My experience renewing my license here was extremely good, fantastic staff, a real pleasure to talk to, and so efficient and speedy. I'll go here now anytime for any vehicle or licence business, if the staff were like this everywhere in NZ, how much nicer would NZ be? A lot nicer.

Really dissapointed in the service I received. Took a car for a pre purchase inspection and the mechanic only checked one of my batteries (24v truck) and missed a lot of faults, including the fact diff oil is leaking out the hub. When I questioned him on it he said that he didn't feel it warranted mentioning because of the trucks kms. (It's done 48,000kms) I felt that was a terrible thing to say. His job is to outline issues so I can make the judgement on if it's important, not to make that call himself. Was a complete waste of money and I expected much better service despite the fact they are clearly very busy.

Took car in for re registration instead of marking the car where rust the inspector has actively bashed the rust out and created a hole in my floor. There was not a hole there prior to taking it in. I thought these guys were inspectors not panel beaters what gives them the right to further damage the vehicle. Will never take any car I own back to vinz nation wide again. Can see where it's been chiseled back I understand this needs to be repaired but attacking something that could simply be marked on paper or with a marker on the car seems over the top. Seems like I definitely got my 500 worth of service thanks kindly

Took a small truck i imported to them for compliance and registration. Very efficient staff. Manager Tony was very helpful and informative. Process was different than importing a normal van as this vehicle was over 3500kg gross weight. They stepped me throught what to do which made it all straightforward.
