In contrast to the last review I have a sad tale. I liked the idea of a booking but the number online took me to the national office and then I was transferred, online is coming. Upon arrival I then got told it would be a 30min wait from when I was booked in for. Eh? I thought this was to speed things up and now I am going to spend 40min waiting. (if your point of difference is booking to speed things up I suggest it occurs) Then watching my car sit in the bay for 30min with nothing happening to it was, well, annoying. In all I spent just over an hour waiting for my car to receive it's WOF. Nice staff but your process needs some work.

This now makes it so easy to arrange a WOF. Pre booking via phone, arrived there and was promptly greeted by the attending staff. All staff courteous and very professional with their attitude.

I was a regular customer at their Colombo site, so had no concerns when I booked an appointment (first time I had to do that and thought it would be better) at 11am for a motorcycle WOF at the new location. I arrive and the lady at the reception desk immediately calls "Jeff" to say a bike was here for a WOF and that she forgot to remind him of that this morning. She hangs up and says Jeff is just a bit delayed. I look at her questioningly. She says he won't actually be here until 1pm, can I come back. I said that isn't "a bit delayed", that is just "not at all here". I rearranged my day to be there at 11am. I won't be back at 1pm, or ever again. 16/02/2021 Follow-up - I spoke with the Regional Manager (Grady) who agreed I was justified in my frustration and he unreservedly apologised for not meeting the level of service he expects. He kindly offered a voucher for a free WoF. This is the kind of professional response that builds customer loyalty and I will be happy to give them another chance.

You've got to book now so keep that in mind but still friendly and reasonable wof inspectors

Was a great place to get a warrant but the new premises has very limited parking and no street parking and is so incredibly small. Might go somewhere else next time
