I booked my travel through Nicole Knapp who went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I felt very comfortable trusting her travel knowledge and experience and was happily guided by her suggestions. A couple of months later my trip was cancelled due to covid-19 and Nicole maintained her excellent customer service making the whole thing stress free. She asked the right questions to understand more of who we are as well as what we were looking for, then provided an itinerary that was perfect. It looked different than we had in our minds, but so much better! Following interruptions with COVID-19, Nicole kept us informed and worked hard to assist in cancellations and required changes. We recently booked flights over to Canada through Nicole at World travellers Christchurch city. I was flying alone with two kids and she took all the stress out of planning our trip. She sorted our flights, hotels and insurance. We ended up getting stuck in a snow storm and missed our flights. She checked in with us after noticing we missed out flights and helped us sort new arrangements. Once we got back she filed all our insurances claims for us and was SO helpful. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. I won’t book trips back without them now! 10/10!

Nicole is invaluable and clearly passionate about her job! I rang Nicole with a personal mission to get my husband and I away and she made it her own. I have 2 young children and conversations were sometimes cut off or interrupted. Nicole was accommodating and efficient and her communication was excellent whether it was email, voicemail or over the phone with a 2 year old joining in, she was very understanding and made me feel like nothing was a problem. She sorted everything from her end and of course considered the little things I had no idea about. I know she took extra time and care to ensure my husband and I wouldn’t be disappointed and she shared various options to suit our very specific needs. Her commitment and fine tuning along the way has meant we have our first alone holiday in 5 years booked and.... she made it easy! Nicole just got it and was such a treat to talk with I can’t wait to call her again!

Hi all, Recently my sister and I travelled to Mexico. Nicole from World Travellers organised our trip. It was absolutely wonderful and everything was tip top. She did everything we asked for from, the sight seeing, to shopping and relaxing. When we travel again we will definitely be consulting her again.
