I have been seeing my dr, dr van rij, for nearly 40 yrs. I think hes very caring, and helps with mental health and all other aspects in a very good manner. Reception staff r lovely.

Poor customer service one of the receptionist is very rude. Doctors are always running late and never have enough time for there paitents and try get you out of ur paying appointment that you have been waiting past your appointment time asap.

Simon Dodge and Rob have been my Doctors for nearly 15 years. I have never had a GP as good as them. I have always respected their professional advice and my children and I would not move to other Gps even Though I have moved out of the area.The reception staff Bridget and Karen are awsome and so helpfulI.I know when I move to Wellington I will be hard pushed to find a surgery as great as Yaldhurst Medical Centre.

Yaldurst Doctors have been my GP practice since I can remember and I have been seen by all 3 GP's on numerous occasions over the years. They have always acted in a professional and efficient manner. I couldn't ask for more.

Yaldhurst Family Doctors. So, we moved to Christchurch my partner and I and we enrolled at this practice. I'm a Kiwi, she is Filipina. We went to an appointment only to be told by the reception lady she 'hopes' we will be paying the full price today. I said yes, how much? She 76!! same as the casual fee, because she isn't a NZ citizen, just on a visitor visa. Makes me wonder why on earth I bothered to enrol her if she was going to be charged as a 'casual'. We werent explained this at enrolment time. Far too expensive for a 5 minute chat with a doctor and no medicine asked for or given. So....we walked out. Way too expensive!

Tony stoop is an incredibly unethical doctor. He lets his own personal view point's come between his patients and the help they need. He has no comprehension of mental health issues and quite frankly should not be allowed to work as a GP. Disgusting practice. Would rate lower if I could.
