Not impressed so far. Gave them a phone call to see if they could repair my Generator and they said yes. I then took it to them based on that phone call. It has now been a month and I had to call them to see what is going on. At first the guy didn't know what I was asking about, then tells me I will have to wait as they have accepted to much work. Then he got upset when I asked for a time frame to get it back and would not give me a time frame to expect my generator back. I recommended you DO NOT USE this company.

My generators alternator stopped working, and I started thumbing through the yellow pages. After reading Philip Powells review, I was tempted to keep looking, but instead, took a gamble, and placed my alternator in his hands for repair. On pick up, there was no charge, as work done was minimal to get it working again. From experience, I have found contractors often do unnecessary work, or even fabricate work done to be able to inflate charges....but NOT City rewinders which tells me they have more integrity than most.
