Rubbish service. We ordered 2 items for our granddaughters birthday on the 23rd of september. As it hadnt arrived yet we rang today 29th only to be told they were out of stock and were waiting for deliveries. Why were we not told earlier. Grand daughters birthday is on Friday the 2nd of Ocrober, in 3 days. The boots are coming today or tomorrow apparently, but god knows when the jodipurs are arriving. Thats no good to us. The boots are coming and we cancelled the jodipurs and now have to rush around looking for a replacement. If you dont have the stock when its ordered how about you tell people instead of trying to keep our money.
