This is a lovely gem of a place very close to central Auckland. It took us just 45 minutes to get back. We stayed in a pet friendly cabin with our friends in tents on the powered site next to us. The toilets, kitchens and showers were clean and everything worked well. We also had friends staying in some of the self contained units which had amazing views from their deck. All in all we had a wonderful time and the kids had so much fun and oh of course my dog had a great time as well.

Did not stay at the holiday park but went for a beach walk as a group of us had gone to a dear friend's favourite place to remember his life and the impact he had on all of us. A man who had a great trust in his Maker, and a real appreciation for all creation. Could not have had better weather. Great to see the guys on their wind surfers gliding on air over the water.

This is a beautiful campsite so many facilities suitable for everyone, affordable price and beautiful location. Had a lovely lady Suzanne organize our booking. However, lacking customer service and manners from other staff very disappointed.

Wonderful place to camp for a relaxing holiday. Very helpful friendly staff, sparkling clean facilities, swimming pool and children's playground. The beach is also great for swimming and walking along the picturesque coastline. I will definitely be back.

Really disappointed!! Had well over 20 paying family members staying, and travelled over an hour come see them. Mum had already mentioned I would come and there was no mention of a visiting fee. Was greeted by the male owner to pay 5 for using the facilities and when I said was he joking he became almost intimidating and tried to intervene and stop me from seeing my family, then proceeded to drive around the camp to find me and called all my family. You would think staying for 3 hours wouldn’t be a problem but no. By the way yes I have stayed here before and the room was filthy!
