Terrible aftersales service. Tried several times to get a couple of extra slats. Tom even came and measured them, and then never did anything about it. I tried repeatedly to get I touch, the first time with success and I got an excuse that he had been busy. The following times he just didn't answer my calls or emails. Avoid this company.

Very unprofessional and do NOT recommend dealing with Patric Cowan from this company as he thinks crashing into my sisters car with 3 children in the back is funny, and refuses to give over any information on himself.
