other than the unsanitary use of equipment, they were rude to my friends and i. they spoke about my friends and i in their native language - which i can understand. however, the receptionist was outgoing and nice and they did a decent job on removing my nails. the price was quite pricey for just getting a tip to remove acrylics.

I'll be honest, this was my first time here and the service was quite okay. The place was a bit messy however, but I assume it's because I went in the afternoon. Overall, absolutely happy with the outcome of my nails

I think the price for their acrylic nails, white tips was reasonable enough. However, the nail station was not very clean, and no wiping down or sanitizing of equipment between customers. My acrylic nails started to come off from the bottom and sides just less than two weeks of having it done, despite my after care efforts. The ladies were ok but not very friendly when I asked to use their hand lotion after my nails were done :(. I phone them back regarding fixing my nails, but the price given was more expensive than having a new sets on. So no going back here for me sadly. I hope this feedback will help them improve their service

Ive been here several times. Was a local at there southmall branch. Continued seeing them in clendon when they sold southmall salon. My last 2 visits weren't very pleasant. Was a rushed service when I was the only 1 in there, they weren't busy at all but still rushed. Got a pedi and mani done was literally out of there in 40mins. The quickest by far. The price you pay you want a good service! They only spoke in their language, I find this extremely rude! Hygiene really low. Very disappointed as i love jenny. But wont be going back.

Love Jenny and the girls they so easy going and do a good job I think the shop could do with a clean sometimes with the amount of people they get so popular... And always love my nails done after haven't been disappointed yet lol

I only went in to purchase a voucher for my sister Christmas gift. 65 for acrylics and pedicure. A bit steep for a tiny store, however they are good at what they do.

I went there with my friend and found out that the place is a mess. As much as I appreciate their hard work, I have few complaints. They basically rush through customers, didn't even complete the whole process of required service. They don't even clean up between customers. The worst was when they didn't even try to take out a new mothers finger seperator from her feet and told her that the process was done. They need a lot to improve in terms of customer service.

I use to come here to get my eyebrows done (male), but for some odd reason, I came in and the ladies looked confused, I presented my card as always, and the lady at the desk goes “we don’t do male eyebrows” I replied “I’ve come here multiple times?, the lady who does it is standing right there” she replied “oh sorry the lady who does it isn’t here”.....now I don’t know what in the hell was going on that day, but a little consistency with their services would be nice, and if they don’t do male eyebrows anymore, then display it\u200d️ highly disappointing.
