What a fabulous place to visit and a great experience! Sarah’s knowledge was astounding; not only about Gin in general but the chemical composition of Gin and the addition of botanicals and flavours. It was fascinating to see how she distilled her own Gin! She guided us through the process of mixing our own Gin from botanicals and flavours that she had pre-prepared. The lunch that was provided was also top notch and memorable and catered to all tastes! We thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and highly recommend it!
