Ordered a bouncy castle for my step daughters 5th birthday.. day before I tried to contact this company to confirm my booking as I hadn't heard anything after several phone calls and txt messages with no reply the day of my step daughters birthday 1 hour before they were supposed to be putting the bouncy castle up I get a txt message stating they had to cancel because of a staff shortage due to health and safety and Covid19. I completely understand health and safety reason with Covid19 but this is something you would generally have known weeks before hand, cancelling on the day of a party leaving us without a castle is uncalled for and poor business. Thankfully Awesome Bouncy Castles came to our rescue were professional and helpful considering it was last minute so if you're after a castle get hold of them!!

We hired a bouncy castle for our Granddaughters 5th Birthday and I would definitely highly recommend it, they had a blast and had great fun and so professional lovely people to deal with, will definitely order again for the future.
