Colin was super awesome, great personality and got straight to the work and had it fixed in no time. A previous repairer said we need to change the motor but Colin suggested a simpler fix (just replace the rail to drive the belt) that saved us hundreds. Honest, trustworthy and down-to-earth. Excellent! Spoke to Colin about our Doorworks motor not working (only 3.5 years old), he couldn't make it for a day or 2 due to workload. It was the main access to our house so I wanted to get someone earlier if possible, called 3-4 people who all told me I would need to replace the unit. Finally found someone else who would come and look at it on the same day, I text Colin to thank him and let him know we had someone coming. He took the time to call me and let me know the likely problem from the info I had provided him and that I shouldn't have to replace the whole unit and to be weary. Suitably impressed by his knowledge, diagnostics and ethics - Highly recommend!!!
We contacted Colin after reading the great testimonials. He was at our home the very next day, diagnosed our problem, and said he would be back the next working day, Monday. He arrived on time and within the hour it was all running smoothly. For years we have put up with banging and noise and now it is completely silent and smooth. Amazing what a quality motor can do.
