The team replaced an old solar panel for me, it took a little while for the panel to arrive into NZ which is understandable in the current Covid climate. They kept me informed along the way about ETA and as soon as they knew when it would arrive they locked in a date. They were fast and efficient with the swap-over and the new panel is working well. Would definitely recommend them over other companies that were three times the price or didn't turn up at all. Five stars!!

I have had poor experiences with other plumbing companies in West Auckland and have been putting off a few plumbing tasks due to those previous experiences. However, dealing with Collins has been a pleasure from beginning to end. From calling and speaking to pleasant and helpful office staff, getting called back promptly with an appointment option of that day or next - through to the plumber turning up on time, being helpful, friendly, professional and completing the job quickly and well. A very pleasant surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone else in need of plumbing services.
