I am appalled with the horrible customer service I received. My microwave had only a few electrical issues & they said it would be easy to fix. Now it doesn’t work at all, and they blamed me saying I shouldn’t have trusted the company it was designed from. So disappointed. Thank you for responding. How bizarre, have you tried searching my husbands name in the system too? I’m very confused as to why my fragmented microwave was accepted in the first place if your services do not include smaller house appliances. Yes I will definitely send in my full details as I am completely dissatisfied with the condition my microwave was left in. Joyce
