The staff are super knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in cooking and food knowledge. They also have a great range of cook books from counties that print more than just Annabel Langbein’s 48th bloody book.

My daughter (in Australia) ordered something for me on 22 August for Father’s Day (6 September). It is now 2 October and no sign of anything yet. Excuses given are “the courier tried to deliver but wasn’t successful” even though I am retired and at home almost all the time and “the courier lost it, I’ll resend it” - that was a week ago. I think they are just full of BS. Avoid their online business at all costs!

Have been waiting on a book to arrive. Have called and emailed and no response from the store. Terrible service even though they advised they would follow up. I suspect the book was never posted. Book showing as only one in stock online. Will not purchase from this store again.
