I discovered Copyland around 6 months ago and sent them a print job by email which was well priced and done quickly by Ben. Since then I have sent Ben quite a few jobs and himself and the team are always very quick to have the job ready. They've provided good feedback on document layouts, have just printed a font cutout sticker for me and all of their staff are friendly and proficient. We will be using them for all of our print needs moving forward, I can't see us wasting any valuable time with anyone else. Exactly what a print & copy provider should be - quick, easy, cost effective, friendly staff and convenient. Look forward to passing on our ongoing larger print jobs to Copyland moving forward.

The only friendly staff was a man. Terrible customer service from the (older) women who do not seem to care about actually serving their customers. Stood for more than several minutes at the front desk when there were no other customers and got ignored by both women the entire time. One was sitting right at the font desk and the other walked past multiple times. No welcome, not even eye contact. I had to ring a bell to be met by an annoyed stare and to be told they were 'too busy' (to print out 3 pages) and to come back later- which I will not be doing. They clearly do not know anything or care about treating people who are paying for a service they provide. Terrible customers service from all but the one male staff member, will not come back and do not recommend.
