Great little gym! Had everything I needed from a gym whilst on holidays visiting relatives. Monica was very helpful and even got me sorted with a temporary 24hr access card. Thanks guys!

Wheres the button to change the rating from 5/5 to 10/10 stars ? I cant fault this gym its cleanliness and layout far exceeds those of the area. I love the support and encouragement from Alex, Mon and of course Johnny. If you are seeking a gym and need motivation i highly recommend the team at Central fitness, ive only been going for 6 months and 6 weeks of that i was in lock-down unable to go but ive been smashing my goals and enjoying the motivation from the team. Keep it up im looking forward to my first class session tomorrow evening (on a Friday who am i ?) its just insane.

Awesome gym, has every equipment you'd ever need, punching bag included. The staff is as friendly as can be, very helpful with membership questions and cancellations as well. If I was to live in cromwell forever, I'd be going to that gym until the very day that I'd die. 5 stars for me no questions asked, I'd give a 6th if possible. German quality standards and expectations not only met, but even exceeded.
