Facilities very good, pity about the average water pressure I the showers. Well set out, relaxing a great camping ground.

Stayed here long-term in a self-contained cabin. Very clean, well kept, modern facilities with everything you need. Marty is the best! The friendly, attentive staff are there for you no matter what you need. Very quiet spot with gorgeous mountain views, just a moment’s walk to Lake Dunstan. Cromwell needs this holiday park. It is a family destination and a staple of the community. I hope it will remain open in spite of the continuously permitted freedom camping in the area. Freedom camping brings nothing to the local economy — in fact, it takes customers away from the hardworking, taxpaying small businesses of this community. Don’t let businesses like Cromwell Top 10 Holiday Park close for the sake of allowing overseas visitors to have access to free facilities, toilets, showers, and EVEN FREE WIFI, all paid for with taxpayer dollars. This is backwards and unfair, and ultimately detrimental to the economy, both on a local and national scale. The foundation of New Zealand’s tourism industry rests on great businesses like this one, who now face the very real possibility of closing their doors for good. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Ban freedom camping and support local businesses! Let’s keep the lights on, the doors open, and keep fueling local commerce rather than sabotaging it.
Keep driving! Facilities are adequate but other campers play loud music and karaoke until 2am. Absolutely impossible to sleep. No one managers the noise. If you are looking for a campsite that feels like it’s in the middle of the best of 80s rock music at 1am. Than this is for you.
A full range of campground accommodation. Everything you need. Easy to find, and not far from town centre.
Going through some major construction and upgrades so should be nice in the future, friendly staff, aged units but tidy, beautiful location and nice locals. Good modern town centre and Hyland Motorsports Park nearby
Was disappointed. We paid enough for a cabin that was very dated inside and outside but at least it was nice and clean.
Nothing exception or unique here. The place is clean and tidy, friendly manager, close to town and priced fairly. Definitely aimed for seasonal workers, and with the HUGE number of caravan and tents sites plus 30 cabins BUT only 1 kitchen, 1 shower block, 1 BBQ area, if the place gets full, lining up to use facilities would be terrible. Good wifi in the spot we parked and 1gb free per device per day is really good. Update: the wifi was horrific. Super slow and the park was only ¼ full of guests. Gotta drop another star.
Amazing hospitality from the locals and really good facilities available to use
