Awesome service. Booked in my 2, 7 month old kittehs for 2 weeks. Left them both cowering in their cages but returned to find them loving life and chilling with the older, bigger cats. Staff were amazing and even sent us an email update after 1 week. Highly recommended.

I was Absolutely disgusted in the heartless treatment my mother received from peter at redvale cattery our very loved family pet passed away very suddenly on Xmas eve and was ment to be having a week stay at redvale cattery as of Boxing Day. My mother contacted peter straight away to let him know that our cat George would no longer be staying at redvale cattery as he had passed away. Since then peter has been very persistent in asking my mum for full payment for George's place at the cattery with absolutely no empathy whatsoever even after my mum provided a death certificate for George from the vet. Mum has paid a 50 deposit and has said to peter she is more than happy for him to keep this deposit but isn't happy to pay 326 that peter is asking for. I completely understand cancelation policy's and believe that if mum had simply cancelled as she didn't need accommodation for George anymore then she should have to pay the amount in full but this is not the case mum simply did not have a pet to give to the cattery...... but peter is still insisting she pay the full amount of George's booked stay not even a discount offered due to our family pet passing instead peter has threatened to contact debt collectors. After the treatment we have received I would not recommend redvale cattery to anyone.
im a veterinary nurse so my animals are my world and i only except the best for them. My cat stayed here for almost 6 months due to a housing issue, i was aloud to go and visit him as much as i wanted in there during open hours. The cattery lady (sorry i forgot your name) is sooo amazing, she looked out for Tyson. he actually came back a nicer cat hahaha. will alway use you guys when i need you!
