After my last review Debtworks reported me to the police...they were concerned for my welfare. This caused me a little trouble as the police visited my house and workplace and called me twice during work hours..it turns out debtworks had clearly omitted the fact my review was satirical. Once the police were made aware of the content of my review they laughed and informed me this was all a waste of time. Very sad that debtworks is using up police resources over petty grievances and misleading police over a clearly satirical review. Should I expect anything else from such a poorly reviewed company? All this over a 90 debt NZTA sold to debtworks?? Edit- They informed police I had made concerning comments...the police were not aware the review was the 'concerning' comments'

EXTREMELY incompetent staff. Jacinta and Alesha are totally rude. They think they can railroad their way to recovering debt that is - as a matter of fact - disputed. Don’t succumb to their disgraceful tactics. Stand up for what you believe is right. We use EC Credit Control for our business and they are absolutely fantastic. Stay clear of these cowboys and use a reputable company.
