Absolutely unreal experience with Lance, Simone and Mitch. From start to finish everyone had a smile on their face from ear to ear, as an instructor myself I was blown away not only by the diving but also the service and equipment provided. My girlfriend and friend both did their dry suit speciality with Lance and had a mean time diving. It was awesome to dive with someone so passionate about diving as well! Descend dont just offer diving but also a very personal tour in the fjord and have an extensive amount of knowledge about above and below the water. Once again a massive thank you to the team for the unforgettable experience! Will definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely incredible experience! I had never dived before and the team made the experience one I will never forget. Felt very safe with the team and the suit they gave me to wear ensured that I stayed nice and warm in the water. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I could not rate this this operation more highly. Lovely couple running the show, gear is top quality and diving is excellent. I completed my nitrox certification and my girlfriend her drysuit and this fitted in very well around the days diving. Descent Scuba could not do more to make your day/days in Milford a top experience. I would strongly encourage all NZ Divers to tick Milford off the bucket list while the area is quiet.

What an absolutely amazing experience. I come to Mildford Sound regularly with work, but I have never had the chance to dive under the icy water until recently. What an amazing treat! I had really high expectations (I couldn't help it) and everything blew me away! From the state of the art equipment to the the semi-drysuits & even the included lunch, everything was amazing! Kudos to Lance, Zach & Kam for organising everyone, from people that had never dived before, to open water, advanced and professionals, everyone was catered for and looked after! I can't wait to come and dive again - worth every cent!

Would recommend highly to anyone wanting to do a first time dive, went on the discovery trip and really enjoyed myself and was a good mix of pushing myself out of my comfort zone and being relaxed

My girlfriend and I decided last minute to do a dive in Milford sound. The guides were very professional and the whole experience was definitely worth it. In addition to the two dives, we got a private cruise around the sound/fjord, and were even able to get off the boat and swim over to a waterfall. All the rental equipment was very high-end, far better than any dive rental equipment I’ve ever received. The wetsuits they provide are the warmest on the market (Aqualung solafx), and the same kind I own for diving in California. Overall we had a great time, and recommend it for anyone who wants to experience cold water diving in a unique environment.
